Mental Health Law advice & Representation

We seek to provide a personalized and holistic service to our clients responding to their mental health law advice and representation needs as soon as possible.

We provide high-quality legal advice in mental health law. We assist clients before Mental Health Review Tribunals and at Hospital Managers Hearings. In addition to advocacy, we deal with all other aspects of Mental Health law including helping clients detained under civil provisions, hospital orders, and transfer provisions, as well as those admitted informally.

Our aim is to provide continuity of service and to ensure that clients are seen by one dedicated team from beginning to end. We are committed to our clients and will attend them at home or at a hospital as a matter of priority. Our goal is to provide a consistently good service, always putting our clients’ needs first.

We have strong links with groups supporting the BME community. We cover the whole of the Midlands and we will provide a quick response to the client’s needs. The quality of service the service clients get from us is of the utmost importance to us.’
